As a result of Wednesday night’s Annual General Meeting, we’re excited to announce our committee for 2026/27, a season that will commemorate 45 years of our club.

After five seasons in the President’s seat, Vaughn Greenhill has stepped down from the role, and we thank him for his tireless efforts in leading the club, and all we’ve achieved in his tenure.
Also stepping off the committee are outgoing members Secretary Connor Katsaros, Treasurer Ben Roughsedge, and general committee members Darren Morter & Tim Evans.
We thank those guys for all they’ve contributed over their varying lengths of service as valued & important committee members.

Our club’s longest serving President, Brian Stieg returns to the chair after more recently focussing his energies solely on Blasters & Junior cricket, with Janet Lyall stepping back onto the committee to take charge of our junior program as Junior Coordinator.
David Lambert steps into the previously vacant Vice President role.

Planning for season 2026/27 is well underway, and we’re always on the look out for people wanting to volunteer & make our club a better place, it can be a little, it can be a lot, but many hands make light work so please feel free to reach out and support our committee as the work continues, and cricket season approaches.

Presented by life member & our senior cricket games record holder Darren Morter in front of a packed crowd of Wanderers, Mark was recognised for his tireless efforts on and off the field, as a committee member & leader within our community.

Lucas was a runaway winner of the 2025/26 Colin MacDonald Club Champion award and was met with a standing ovation in front of a packed house of Wanderers, speaking of his desire to be a part of taking this group to the next level.

A fitting testament for the hard work & dedication Lucas is synonymous with, all done in his own style, a big congratulations to Lucas for this outstanding achievement, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds.
